Our sites are all built by real people - individual content creators and site owners - not agencies or templated sites. You'll get a quality, unique site with original content.
We've got great sites in many popular niches like food, travel, business, finance, and more. Browse all our current listings here to see the variety.
Definitely! If you're interested in a particular site, we're happy to provide you temporary read-only access to its Google Analytics so you can check out the stats. Just provide us your email address and we'll set it up.
A. You're welcome to make an offer on any established site by using the offer form on its listing page. We'll present your offer to the seller and let you know if they accept, reject, or make a counteroffer. Starter sites tend to be a fixed price though.
100% yes, your payment info stays safe. We use the secure third party Escrow to handle all money transactions. They hold your funds until you have the site files and domain, ensuring a smooth, safe process.
Some sellers are open to payment plans if you propose it, like monthly or annual installments. Just make sure to present any payment plan in your initial offer, so the seller can consider it. Not all accept plans but it never hurts to ask!
A. Sure thing! Our agents are always glad to meet with interested buyers anytime to discuss listings and answer questions. Once you've made an offer, we can also arrange a call between you, the agent, and seller to walk through the site and business if you'd like.
We've got a handy email that goes out every week showing our latest site listings. You can sign up for it here to always be in the loop on new sites for sale.
Typically you'd move the site to your own hosting account and registrar when you buy it. But some sellers only have that one site on their hosting plan, so you may be able to take theirs over - just ask when you make an offer if it's not specified. We can recommend some great hosting companies too.
We usually suggest replacing any affiliate links with your own affiliate ID. Since seller accounts have their tax info, it's best to use your own for the new site. But in some cases we can get you access to the seller's affiliate account - just swap out links.
A. It varies by seller, but you'll typically get the domain name, all website content, social media accounts, email lists, etc. Check each listing for exactly what's included. Let us know if you have any other questions!
A. If the site doesn't have 50k+ sessions recently, MediaVine won't approve a transfer. But no worries, we've got workarounds! We can help move the site to our partners at Monumetric or any ad network you prefer.
A. Most sales don't require an NDA, but some owners request one before sharing in-depth info. No problem if needed!
A. Listings include profit/loss statements and Google Analytics access. Once you make an offer, we can also arrange a call where the owner walks you through everything about the site and business.
A. Most sellers provide about 30 days of post-sale support to help you get started and answer any questions. Our team is always here for you too!
A. Once an offer is accepted, we'll send contracts to sign and set up a secure Escrow account. Our team will guide you through the asset transfer and payment process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
